The following listing identifies the criteria which our organization is seeking in either a leadership position or in a position interacting with ministries and donors:

• A sincere and authentic relationship with Jesus Christ.

• A passion for and genuine interest in serving and advancing Christian ministry both domestically and globally.

• A strong devotional life.

• An appreciation for ministry in the workplace.

• Previous experience discipling others.

• The ability to pray with the ministries we serve and with colleagues.

• The ability to provide references confirming your Christian maturity.
