Presently, when children finish high school, they have a head full of information, no practical training, and little opportunities to find work.Over the past three and a half years, we have come alongside five organisations and have provided computer science training, practical physics, and electronic courses, to students who are of age to teach these courses to others. Our goal is to help teach trades that can help students either find work or create jobs.Presently we are working to provide a school with a software database to help the alleviate the paperwork for their three hundred students by teaching the school’s director one on one on how to build the database from scratch, so that he can teach other to use or to develop the database in their and in other schools, with the possibility of developing work for himself and others. One day a single mother of six children came by our house and invited my wife to meet their community. This led me to meet an extraordinary gentleman, Pastor Patrick. The day I met this servant of God, he was at home, at home teaching grade seven students how to cook. After working with Pastor Patrick for over a year, see attached photo, teaching computer science to his teachers, one teacher used our computers to teach children during summer camp. Multiplication has started, someone say amen!Since then, Pastor Patrick has started work to build a computer science classroom (see attached picture). Please help us raise the funds so that Pastor Patrick can finish building his computer classroom.During the summer of 2021, a major earthquake hit our region in Haiti, and through donations received through the Great Commission Foundation, More For Haiti has been able to help two families reconstruct their home, see attached image of one of the homes. Presently we are helping a third home. There are still many other homes to be rebuilt. And by faith in God’s provision, we will do so one by one.PGJyLz4=

Prayer Request:

More For Haiti’s has many used laptop computers stuck in Montreal. A new international travel regulation restriction has stopped the shipment of these computers because of the used batteries. A partner in Montreal has been working to update and sell these computers so that funds can be sent to Haiti to buy computers. Please pray and believe with us for the sale of these computers. Please also pray for the dangerous politic situation in Haiti and our protection, as well as for Pastor Jean-Larco’s security, he is a collaborator who travels across the country regularly from Port-au-Prince to Port-Salut.PGJyLz4=DONATE NOW PGJyLz4=PC9icj48L2JyPg==https://gcfcanada.comwp-content/uploads/2020/11/GCF-Logo-2.pngABOUT GCFSince 2002, the Great Commission Foundation has been providing a place for individuals, ministries and organizations to thrive in ministry.
