The following information is provided as a requirement of Alberta's Charitable Fund-Raising Act, RSA 2000, c C-9.

The Great Commission Foundation ("The GC") is a charitable trust, established by a Deed of Settlement made as of September 1, 2002 and governed by an Amended and Restated Deed of Settlements made as of October 22, 2024.

The GC is a public foundation that is registered with the Canada Revenue Agency (with Canadian Charitable Registration Number 859928483 RR0001).

The charitable objects of The GC are:

1. The advancement of Christianity by spreading its principles;

2. The relief of poverty by the assistance to those persons lacking the necessities of life by giving them food, clothing, shelter or financial assistance;

3. The advancement of education including, without limitation, by the teaching of scripture and the promotion of literacy; and

4. The advancement of other "charitable purposes" as defined within subsection 149.1(1) of Income Tax Act, which includes the disbursement of funds to "qualified donees" as also defined in subsection 149.1(1).

We engage other ministries as agents to carry out projects that fulfill our charitable objects.

The GC anticipates raising an estimated amount of $12,000,000.00 this year from donation for the fulfillment of its charitable objects from donors in Alberta, Canada. The processing of these donations will cost, on average, six percent. The money raised will be going to fulfill the charitable objects of The GC.

About This Project

Connect Groups International (CGI) is a ministry of pastors serving pastors across the nations of Africa. It carries a message birthed in prayer and shaped by the heart of God—a message designed to reconnect the Heart of the Father with the hearts of His people.

Under the leadership of President Pastor Ron King, CGI exists to gather and strengthen believing pastors throughout Africa, equipping them to become God’s chosen delivery system to their nations. The calling is clear: to help prepare a people ready for the Lord (Luke 1:17).

God has not forgotten Africa.

Just as in the days of Elijah, when 7,000 remained faithful and refused to bow to Baal, the Lord has preserved a remnant across this continent. In a world where prosperity and excess have caused so many of the nations of the world to turn their backs on God, He has been guarding and shaping a faithful remnant in Africa—pastors and believers whose hearts remain aligned with Him.

Today, through His Word, the Lord is declaring: “Arise, shine, for your light has come, and the glory of the Lord rises upon you.” (Isaiah 60:1)

Across the globe, many are facing deep uncertainty and hopelessness. In response to the cry of human hearts, God is doing something profound. Just as Joseph stored grain in Egypt to sustain nations in a time of famine, the Lord is now pouring out “spiritual grain”—truth, revelation, and spiritual nourishment—into the hearts of believers across Africa. This outpouring is abundant and immeasurable, prepared not only for Africa, but for a world in need.

The prophet Isaiah foresaw such a time when he declared: “Darkness covers the earth and thick darkness is over the peoples.” Yet he also proclaimed the promise: “Nations will come to your light, and kings to the brightness of your rising.”

CGI believes we are living in that prophetic hour.

God is raising up African believers to shine with His light into a darkened world. Through pastors, leaders, and national teams across the continent, Connect Groups International has been entrusted with the responsibility of stewarding and sharing this message—equipping leaders, strengthening churches, and preparing nations for the purposes of God.

Connect Groups International is more than a ministry. It is a movement of prepared hearts, faithful leaders, and a continent rising in the light of God’s glory.

*The Great Commission Foundation (the "Foundation") operates on the basis of Donor-Advised Funding. It is our utmost goal to meet the Donor's desire and intent to provide support to particular Foundation projects but, ultimately, the responsibility for the disbursement and ministry use of funds is the Foundation's. If the Foundation does not use the donation in the way the donor prefers, the Foundation will not return the donation to the donor.
