About This Project

The health and growth of the local church depend on faithful leaders who are deeply rooted in their own communities—leaders who understand the language, culture, and unique challenges their people face. In places like the Philippines and Liberia, pastors and missionaries are on the front lines, faithfully preaching the Gospel and shepherding their communities, often with little to no formal biblical training. Many of these leaders are emerging from unreached or hard-to-reach areas, where access to theological education is extremely limited. Yet by God’s grace, the Church continues to grow. Imagine the impact if these leaders were equipped, encouraged, and supported more fully.

Tribe Mission International exists to come alongside and equip these indigenous leaders with contextualized, Christ-centered training. We are committed to reaching the unreached and investing in emerging leaders—including those who are illiterate—by providing accessible, oral-based, and discipleship-focused training that enables them to faithfully share the Gospel. Rather than relying on traditional classroom models, we meet leaders where they are, ensuring that language, literacy, or location are not barriers to Gospel advancement.
