About This Project
In the past decade, Oakbrook Church has been a haven for encouraging growth for area fathers and their children in what co-founder Jason Braun believes is the key to a better community.
Dad Camp was started 10 years ago by Braun and Doug Mygrant, who were looking for a way to utilize the amenities they had at Oakbrook Church and provide a rewarding weekend experience for both fathers and children by spending one-on-one time together.
*GCF operates on the basis of Donor-Advised Funding. It is our utmost goal to meet the Donor’s desire and intent to provide support to particular GCF projects but, ultimately, the responsibility for the disbursement and ministry use of funds is the Great Commission Foundation’s.
