About This Project
JH Israel’s mission is to collaborate with Israeli leaders to develop and support innovative educational initiatives in order to raise up a new generation of leaders in Israel. The vision of JH Israel is to inspire and impact Israel’s next generation of leaders to live out their life purpose and biblical identity. Through the National Leadership Center, JH Israel has established a creative partnership with the City of Ariel and the Israeli Ministry of Education. The growing collaboration is gaining momentum throughout the country and brings together youth of all ages and backgrounds to learn and grow together.

Why give to this project?
Today’s Israel is largely a secular society, distanced from its biblical roots and heritage. The significant number of emigrants from outside Israel whose children have little understanding of their heritage has exacerbated this situation. As a young nation, nearly 28% of Israel’s population is under the age of fourteen, compared to about 17% in other Western countries. Israeli leaders are aware of and concerned about these trends as they consider the future of their country. Increasing involvement by Israel’s military, government entities and municipalities draws participants from across the nation of Israel as they seek to shape their leaders of tomorrow, making the program a one-of-a-kind National Leadership initiative in Israel and the Middle East.
Through the National Leadership Center, JH Israel has stepped into the unfolding history of modern Israel by contributing to the larger story of what God is doing in Israel. More than 65,000 participants have attended a program at the Leadership Center in Ariel since its Grand Opening in 2010, including Israel’s Defense Forces, public schools, and Israel’s youth movements.
