About This Project
We organize men’s recreational hockey teams from Alberta, traveling to Poland on short-term trips to play friendship games with men’s recreational hockey teams there. Our goal is to use the sport of hockey to build relationships with Polish men and, through those relationships, to share Christ with them. We also try to work with local churches in the hopes that the relationships with these men can be continued once we return to Canada. While most evenings in Poland are booked with hockey games and spending time with the Polish hockey players, we have different opportunities during the day to speak in school classrooms, help with children’s camps, teach English, etc.
