Project Aftershock works with the poorest of the poor in Haiti, primarily in Mariani and Cite Soleil 17 slums of Port au Prince. The needs are great; Soleil 17 is ranked as one of the most dangerous neighbourhoods in the world. Project Aftershock provides ongoing mobile medical clinics in these neighbourhoods, as well, they serve several orphanages in Haiti with mobile medical clinics and provide support to young Haitians in an effort to help them break the cycle of poverty and hopelessness.
