Our professional accounting team ensures the funds are processed and designated accurately and efficiently. Donors will receive confirmation of their donation and a receipt that may be used for income tax purposes. Donations can be made directly to the project or ministry by clicking the desired name in the GCF agents’ directory. If you have your own website, we can install an application on your site that links donors directly to GCF’s system. You can check your incoming donations and balance 24/7 on a secure GCF account.
When a donation is made to your ministry or project, the donor will receive an immediate online confirmation of their gift. A receipt that may be used for income tax purposes will be issued and mailed to the donor.
A key benefit we provide is the facilitation of your ministry’s or project’s payroll. Cheques are issued monthly, bi-weekly or weekly depending on your preference by GCF’s proficient accounting department and delivered via electronic transfer or mail. All cheques issued and deductions made are in accordance with Canada Revenue regulations and guidelines.
