About This Project
Barry Bowater currently serves with the Adizes Institute as a Certified Adizes Associate. Adizes works with various organizations to come along side and help with collaborative leadership. Barry’s specialty with Adizes is in faith-based organizations. In the past, Barry has served with Power to Change in various roles and has coordinated numerous campaigns. Barry also served as a Chief of Staff in Ottawa with the Federal Government – Barry was instrumental in founding the Christian Embassy while with Campus Crusade for Christ Canada (now Power to Change). Having worked and served within various sectors and leadership styles, Barry now assists by coming alongside existing and new ministries through his ministry with Adizes.
