About This Project
FRESH HOPE CANADA, an outreach ministry to Canada’s indigenous youth, was founded by Steven & Becky Carleton. Steven and Becky’s passion is about creating safe environments in both First Nations and Northern communities where Indigenous youth can encounter HOPE in the person of Jesus. The goal of FRESH HOPE CANADA is to see thousands of Indigenous youth across Canada radically transformed by the love of Jesus and empowered to take the message of the Gospel into neighbouring communities & reserves.
Indigenous communities in Canada have among the highest youth suicide rates, and we believe that the Hope found in the Gospel message is the answer to this desperation. Many of these young people have little, if any hope in their future, but we have the solution!
