Leadership development is not a program; it’s personal!

inFocus Leadership is committed to accelerating Kingdom Impact by developing higher-impact leaders, leaders who are willing to address both character formation and skill development.

We invest in men and women leaders who are currently engaged in leadership and are under 45 years of age

We believe leadership formation is far more than the delivery of information; it is addressing the gaps and opportunities that exist within the person

Leadership development is not the completion of a program, it is the personal commitment to grow into the person that will lead your organization to new levels of clarity, focus, and effectiveness

We are committed to investing in leaders who fulfill their calling in the most under-resourced areas of the world

1:1 Leadership Partner Conversations: Monthly/more frequent Conversations navigating the most significant challenges and opportunities facing a leader. Each conversation is forward looking and is designed to improve critical thinking and proactive action plans.

Strategy Consultation: A guide to navigate a particular time-bound opportunity or vision. We talk through to clarity the opportunity itself, how it fits the leader, and what might be holding them back. Then we work together to assess, strategize forward, and accomplish. The Leader’s Journey: a 12-month leadership journey anchored in four pillars:

Integrity: Character will shape our leadership in the long run

Skill: The organization and everyone in it is better when the leader functions better

Personal: leadership development is about me growing and developing in my own leadership

Peer: We learn best in community

Each cohort of 1 leaders will be facilitated by a gifted and seasoned leader who brings a wealth of experience and an ability to help each person grow and develop. Cohorts involve a retreat, Monthly Resource sessions, and a monthly 1:1 strategic conversation.
