About This Project

CSI Ministries began as a ministry helping North American Christians to have an avenue to experience and serve on the mission field. As the Great Commission says, “Go!”, our goal has been to motivate the church and its members to be on the mission field firsthand and become passionate about discovering their place in the “Go.” Because of the outstanding service and generosity of so many people, CSI has continually expanded with full-term missionaries in partnership with local pastors to maximize the impact of the short-term volunteers. This has evolved into a vibrant student support program, leadership and pastoral training and retreats plus direct outreach through Vacation Bible Schools, youth events, prayer walks and evangelism. Additionally, economic development for employment in low-income areas, plus assistance to churches, schools, medical facilities, disaster relief and the homeless has become a passion for CSI Ministries.

But there are always challenges! People are busy, the economy is uncertain at times and hurdles like pandemics and natural disasters sometimes become obstacles that set us back. But the aim and mission is still the same and we are keeping our eyes on Jesus and the goal not the circumstances.

Why give to this project?

How can you help? You can donate funds to support a missionary. Or you could support a student in Jamaica giving them a chance to graduate and break a cycle of poverty for them and their family. You can sign up for a short-term team and go or organize your church to serve on a trip together! You can help a local church in one of our partner countries by funding training and retreat opportunities helping the leaders to be equipped for ministry. You can pray that we will be God-honoring and effective in all we do.
