With over two decades of experience, Jo-Ann has honed her skills in various financial domains, from cash management and reconciliations to investments, loans, and mortgages. Her journey began in leading branch teller teams and evolved into corporate roles, where she thrived in leading various teams. However, Jo-Ann's path took a transformative turn when she felt a higher calling, leading her to join The Great Commission Foundation as a Ministry Account Advisor. Here, she played a crucial role in fostering a culture of service excellence.

Currently serving as our Director of Ministry Solutions & Support, Jo-Ann is poised to drive innovation and growth within our organization. With her fresh perspective and wealth of experience, she is committed to spearheading initiatives that will propel us into the future. Beyond her professional endeavors, Jo-Ann cherishes her roles as a devoted wife and mother, actively participating in her church community and finding solace in outdoor adventures such as biking, kayaking, and gardening.
