About This Partner

Glass Canvas Ministries is an ecumenical nonprofit, emerging from over a decade of consulting work with leading Evangelical and Catholic organizations across North America. Our mission is to equip the Church with greater capacity to accompany anyone on their spiritual journey towards Christ — empowering disciples to walk with others the way Jesus did, with love, presence and curiosity instead of judgment or an agenda.

The hunger is real. A significant majority of people want to grow spiritually, yet a generation of young adults raised in the Church has walked away. Many Christians who want to share their faith feel unequipped to do so in a way that is patient, relational, and rooted in love. Glass Canvas Ministries exists in that gap.

Our work takes three forms: Guide Development (cohorts and coaching forming disciples in accompaniment and worldview dialogue); Human Formation (digital resources for questions of identity, purpose, and belonging); and Ministry Partnerships (walking alongside churches and organizations to build their capacity for mission).

While recently launched as a nonprofit, our offerings have been years in the making — developed through firsthand ministry work and proven partnerships. We have real confidence in the foundation we've built, even as we continue to discern what the next steps look like.

The challenge today is clarity of presentation and distribution. How to scale the effectiveness we've seen in guide cohorts without losing their relational depth. How to get the rich human formation resources we've spent years developing into the church contexts where they're
needed. And how to do all of this wisely with a small team and limited resources.

Funding is another pressing challenge. We are building our donor base and finalizing our funding strategy for the year ahead. What we need most is the financial runway to develop this well — and partners who believe in the long-term value of forming people.
