Hope in Christ for Transformation (HCT) is a non-profit, faith-based organization dedicated to serving vulnerable communities in Aweil, South Sudan. Our work is centered on providing crucial support in the areas of healthcare, education, agriculture, evangelism, clean water & hygiene and support for orphans and vulnerable children. We believe that sustainable development can only be achieved when communities have access to essential services that improve their health, wellbeing and opportunities for growth. Through collaborative efforts with local partners, we aim to bring hope and positive change to those in need across South Sudan and beyond.
